Contemplative Prayer – Ernie Larkin, O.Carm.
2016 interview with Fr. Ernie Larkin, O.Carm. on the topic of Renewing the Christian Mystical Tradition and Contemplative Prayer
Remembering Fr. John “Jay” Comerford, O.Carm.
On Friday, September 5, we lost a lifelong Carmelite. Fr. John “Jay” Comerford, O.Carm., grew up in a Carmelite parish, attended Carmelite schools, and went on to minister as a teacher in his hometown and at those same schools. The outpouring of love on social media and at his funeral was a powerful testament to the many lives he touched throughout his Carmelite journey.
