Oh Herr, der du gesagt hast: "Mein Joch ist leicht
und meine Last ist leicht."
gewähre mir, dass ich sie auf diese Weise tragen kann
um deine Gnade zu erlangen.

Gebet beim Aufsetzen der Capuche
Umschließe mein Haupt, Herr, mit dem Helm des Heils,
damit ich die Angriffe des Teufels überwinden kann.
Im Namen des Vaters und des Sohnes,
und des Heiligen Geistes. Amen.
